Description

TclImage is a library for managing various different kinds of images. It can load, save, display, and transform images. Supports BMP, GIF, ICO, TGA, PCX, WBMP, WMF, PNM, PPM, PGM, RAS, JPEG-2000, JBIG, TIFF, MNG, PNG, and JPEG image formats. Includes interfaces to scanner and OCR functionality.
