tcldb - Unified database API

Description

TclDB provides a unified database API, using either ODBC or a database-specific API, and an IWidgets-based GUI. Also includes qwidget and qdialog, a universal widget form mechanism. Currently (0.4) mySQL, ODBC, and SQLite backends are supported.
