	    of ciphers. Ciphers can be combined
	    using the <b>+</b> character. Prefixes can be used to permanently
	    remove ("!"), delete ("-"), or move a cypher to the end of
	    the list ("+"). Keywords <b>@STRENGTH</b> (sort by algorithm
